Thanks for your comments Dreadnought on my Gangrene kitbashes. The only information I can tell you on the hawaiian shirt is that I bought it on EBay.

I've posted a pic of the shirt to a doll forum I frequent. That's where they helped me identify the pattern on a previous Hawaiian print shirt.
I suspect the shirt Gangrene is wearing is a custom shirt, or came from some kind of limited edition gag gift. It is unlikely that a production run shirt from a major manufacturer would feature a character smoking a cigarette.
