So very well done Clivvers. Great animation & great to read through.
How valid the point is he makes on kids of this era...............Wouldn't catch a 10 year old now with a Doll as they call them !
Such magic sadly will never befall future generations I feel. Were the last of the breed for the great toy industry. Sad I know , but I wouldn't have missed it for the world !!
You can keep your 360's , WII & Sony PS3's..................................Take me back , give me a VAM , some space & my imagination any day of the week.

Ghost recon, your words ring so true,

I gave up my video games 2 years ago, i'm sitting on a mountain of the stuff waiting to be swapped out for action figures and stuff.
I'll always keep my first MSX game computer and  ROM carts though .

There's some good news for parents this year... the action figure Max Steel is making a big come back worldwide for 2013, he's being reborn into a new retooled release.
This release will hopefully trigger a big revival of other defunct toy 12" action figures, which will push computer games down the line a bit further:D  Very Happy

There's some great looking/colourful baddies coming with this release, some of them will be ideal for AM comic stories and customizing Very Happy .

I hope the original 1/6 Max steel MX25 Attack Jet gets re-released....

Hi actionman2272,

Glad you like it, there's deffo more on the cards this year, i'm just waiting for some fine weather and this story will get rolling Smile

Dan,

Thanks Dan, i remember seeing one of your vam comic strips (snow rescue?) back in 2009? on another forum, you should repost it if you still have it. I thoroughly enjoyed it Very Happy .

Thanks inntruderr61,

It's nice to have our cousins from across the pond in on this forum Very Happy  Very Happy

Smile What a great comic very enjoyable read and great photos. Totall agree with you on kids palying with toys like AM that's what you need get them away from the screen and outside with some proper toys, will loook forward to seeing Max Steel making a good comeback he's quite cool and certainly a good rival for MAM Surprised
