| Since the topic title says "favourite Action Man, Joe, or 1/6 scale knife or sword, thus not limiting the weapons to AM or Joe items:  Darling Charming brings a Chainsaw to a SwordfightMy favorite 1:6 scale knife or sword is these sword-style cocktail pics, which make perfect pirate rapier style swords for action figures. Ever After High Darling Charming, however, has never looked back since trading in her manually operated edged weapon (actually, the EAH figures, although they wore armor and included shields, did not include swords, which was lame, hence the cocktail picks) for a gasoline powered equivalent.
