Action Man’s Christmas present.

It’s Christmas morning and Action Man is surprised to see a large present addressed to him.



He starts to tear off the Christmas wrapping paper, all the time being careful in case it’s a bomb. However he spots something pink underneath the paper.



As he continues to tear more off the side of the Christmas wrapping paper he sees the words Barbie on the pink box.



He now starts to tear into one of the sides of the Christmas wrapping paper.




He’s almost at the end of the first side and he sees a upside down picture of Barbie and a very pink sports car.



He now starts unwrapping the top of the Christmas paper and he spots instructions about the very pink sports car.



He tears the rest of the Christmas paper back and he sees this box is upside down. Suddenly he hears a girly voice saying “Help me, help me, it’s rather uncomfortable sitting in my car upside down”



As Action Man pulls down the other side of the Christmas paper he speaks though the window and says “My name is Action Man and I’m going to rescue you and your car out of this box. Firstly I’m going to very slowly turn your box over so your no longer upside down”



Action Man turns the box over carefully.



“Right that’s you sitting upright how are you feeling now Miss Barbie?” Barbie replies back by saying “Oh thank you Action Man, you’re my knight in shining armer. I feel less sick and my blood in returning to the rest of my body instead of just my head”.  Action man says  “You’re welcome, now let’s get you out of this box”. “Oh thank you” is the reply.




Action Man then opens the flaps on the side of the box.




And then some more flaps.



He then pulls out Barbie who’s still sitting in her car.




She smiles at him “You’re my hero” she says while she’s also thinking “and rugged and handsome too”. “All part of the job Miss”, replies Action Man. “Now let’s get these stickers on your car”. “Oh thank you, after that would you like a ride”, is Barbie’s reply. “I’d love one Barbie” is Action Man’s reply while thinking “She’s gorgeous, I’d like to get to know her better”, but he doesn’t change his serious expression.



Action sorts the stickers and jumps in the car beside Barbie.




and they drive off into the sunset together.

Very cool Alex! Are they off to park in front of the big TV for movie night??

Nice to see that even in your household Alex, Action Man get's presents too... Lucky guy!

Thanks Colin. My mam sure is one lucky lucky guy.

Well, that was fun, and quite unexpected!

The present was certainly wrapped nicely. It was almost a shame to open it!

So... which part is the present, the car or the girl?

That will make a snappy little roadster for Action Man to zip around in... if he can ever get the keys away from Barbie!

Was the Barbie car your idea, or was it a surprise to you, too?

Perhaps not the first time I have envied an Action figure .

My Action Man got the exact same car a while back, (charity shop find), although he insisted I give it a re-spray, ...black in fact!
Didn't come with a smiling blonde though!

On closer inspection, there seems to be a dead body lying on the skirt of your Christmas tree.  (Second last picture.)
Did she hit it?

Shhhh... You weren’t supposed to notice that dead body on the tree skirt... Now there needs to be a coverup!!!!

Well AM let her drive because it’s Barbie’s pink car after all and AM wouldn’t want to be seen driving a pink car now would he . Well spotted on closer inspection the Christmas bear lying on the skirt of your Christmas tree. The Christmas bear wasn’t harmed in the making of this story.
