I think this is a good basis for an interesting costume on this fashion doll... excuse me, on this action figure.

The Toxic Forumula Blaster and Chemical Storage Belt are interesting designs, but the colors are very toy-like. With a minor repaint, the Blaster and Belt could look really rugged and dangerous.

The olive drab uniform with the rolled-up sleeves looks really good, and seeing it like this on a trim ~~fashion doll~~ action figure makes me wonder how that shirt would look on a female fig.

Hmm, ...not sure about that chemical storage belt, particularly where it's worn.
Looks a bit like the Prof. might have an incontinence problem.....
