PostSubject: Sea Wolf Sub   Sun Mar 17, 2013 10:44 pm

Today I ordered new Sea Wolf decals...I removed the ones that I wanted to replace...Well,The decals were applied where the previous owner wanted them...This is what it looks like.I want to put the Action Man Transport Command decals in the center of the hatch cover but I now have discolored spots where the old ones were...Any ideas Rolling Eyes ?? I think that it is just going to be something that I going to have to live with...Cheers Walter

Hi Walter. That is a fine looking sea wolf. If I manage to get one of the Cots Neoprene wetsuits I want to put together a navy frogman and then I'll get the sea wolf. She's going to look all the more stunning when she has her fresh decals. I can't actually see the spots you mention but have you thought about 1000 paper wet and dry? I've not used it on VAM stuff but have other plastics and providing it very wet it works a treat :-)

Don't worry Walter, as time passes by, the the differeces will fade.

Experience learns that one will probably do some damage to the plastic in an attempt to try and hide the discolered area.

Better to have one with imperfections than not have one. I know because I don't have one Sad
