My Daughter's friend's five year old son George is action figure mad so they bought him round to see my VAM loft. While he was suitably impressed with the massed ranks of my collection I was also impressed with one of his action figures!
(He's behind me isn't he!)
Look at the size of this thing! While most of George's figures are the poorly articulated, moulded on clothes, movie tie-in rubbish they make for kids now day's, old King Kong here is well detailed with great articulation. He scored really high on the 'Id have loved this as a kid!' test!
Imagine back in the day playing VAM vs King Kong . . It would have been carnage!!

What five year old boy who is action figure mad that wouldn’t want to go and visit and look around your VAM loft Steve. I’m pleased that George was suitably impressed with the massed ranks of your collection. I can see why you were impressed with his King Kong huge figure. It would have been cool to have seen King Kong vs a vam set for sure.

Whoa, that IS a BIG ape. I didn't think anyone made action figures of that size. Most are what, 25 cm tall at best?
