Anyone out there can anyone identify this for me? It came in a joblot I bought recently? I'm tempted to think that it is Cherilea rather than VAM by the colour and plastic but not 100% sure.

It looks like its from a field gun or Cherilea jeep trailer. I bet that will be useful one day, it might be a good idea to store it away safely.

Aha! Now you mention it I'd been trying to figure out what it was and now I can see it is probably one of a pair of trails for a Field Gun!

Yes, definitely one of the two tow bars for the Cherilea Field Gun, the earlier one with seat for a VAM to sit on behind the armoured barrel.
