Guy's I just watched a tv program that the other half recorded for me, called Toy hunter, on channel Quest (on sky, not sure if on digital)
It's based in the states, and some of the collections are amazing, today was mainly mego batman, but he had a gi joe sky diver in his hands!
If your free its worth a watch, think its on a Monday and Thursday

I've seen some of that program - some of the old 60's and 70's action figures are amazing, and worth more than you think!

Thats a great show. I have the series 1 and most of 2 as I have been saving to harddrive as it airs on what we call here paytv(foxtel). I am still waiting to see the day he comes across a huge GI Joe Collection. He knows a hell of a lot about every toy ever made. I have just got an episode called Gi Joe jackpot but not had chance to whatch it yet, so I am hoping it will be a huge collection of Gi Joes.

This is a great show, I have watched all of them, if you like this check out Hollywood Treasures that is also another good tv series based on props from the film industry. Some people own some jawdropping stuff, what has surprised me about Toy Hunter is the lack of GI Joe 12" figures in the series, the US certainly fell out of love with Action Man's cousin.

I totally agree with you about the lack of GI Joe in the series. I can't believe Jordan knows so much about just about every toy there is and when I saw an episode where they came across a Gi Joe french resistance fighter, He had know idea what it was. Great Show though.

I have started watching this show with my son... he doesn't know too much yet lol but there was one where he bought a slot of batman stuff so my son knows batman LOL.

Either way this show is awesome..... I don't know about the prices he offers they seem low ball to me for some of the items.... or maybe because I have been the sucker paying to much for some of mine LMFAO Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Cheers

Len

Yeah, I watch it, for My area it is on the Travel Channel. I like it but a lot of the stuff that I like he either isn't after it or just ignores it's there. I flip every time he's after vintage MOTU & GBs and when that happens then it is an exciting show!

I loved the recent episode when he (Jordan Hembrough the Toy Hunter) was with Scott Neitlich (ToyGuru to all of you MOTU fans on the Matty Board) and he had to go to him to identify the Savage Wonder-Bread He-Man (in MOTUC he is called Wundar). Amazing that I knew what it was and that The Toy Hunter had a gold mine and he DIDN'T even know it!!!!!!

Guy's just watched last night toy hunter and he finally had some GI Joes on there, also Matt Mason space station complete, you can catch the episode again this Thursday on Quest tv, Not sure about our overseas guy's though unless you can get UK Program's but as it's an American show you probably have it on one of your stations

Happy watching
PJ
