This one was inspired by a plate from the Osprey Book on Soviet Elite Forces.
The KLMK "Computer Pattern" Camouflage was custom screen printed and then made into the uniform which isn't as accurate as it should be.
Belt and jackboots are VAM, AK47 is ERTL Diecast, AK Ammo pouch was a casting from a sculpt by yours truly.
The Cap started life as a British Officers Cap but had a narrow oval excised from the top of the crown to flatten it then it was glued in place and the "seam" concealed with milliput. It was then painted the appropriate colours and the badge, which was recast from a badge on a Custom Soviet Para Beret I had, was affixed.
Insignia were scaled from images in the Osprey Book and printed onto sticky labels. The sleeve badges were directly applied and the Shoulder boards were wrapped around thick card to give the right bulk before fixing to the shoulders.
