I won a broken , tired old police bike on Ebay as I wanted to experiment  on it

I took it apart and cleaned it up. Sprayed it and re assembled. I had a spare headlight lying around . Its not complete yet, I need stickers and to sort out the headlight but here it is! ( i apologise for the pic quality it was dull outside and I used my phone)

here with the Geyperman motorcyclist outfit

I'll get some better pics taken soon

thanks!
I'm planning to do it again, perhaps AT yellow or something. it was easy to do and faded police bikes aren't too difficult to get hold of.

Great job gee, a 1/6 triumph badge on fuel tank wouldn't look out of place. Anyone know what the vam motorcycle was based on? A real bike?

Superb job, it looks fantastic. That chrome work has come up a treat. May I ask how you did it.

Great work Ross. The AM bike is a single cylinder unit construction push engine in a swinging arm frame. I think it looks a little bit like the BSA B40 can't work our how to insert the link to another page but if you google and search images you'll see a red one.
