It's definitely a 'Tom Stone' head sculpt, but without the famous scar. The dog tags are a very nice touch (being in scale to the figure) .

I'm not a big Tom fan but I have to say I think this, along with the 'Jake' are Cots two best headsculpts.
A great figure Captain. He reminds me of Robert Downey Jr from the movie 'Tropic Thunder'!

I always liked Cotwold figures...
The flocking is very good on them...
I have placed mine under water taking pics many times with no problems...
