I love this figure and thanks to Toff for finding and repairing him for me. He is the first generation figure so a body like Tom Stone and a painted eye head. He looks rather debonair in his French soldier uniform  Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Anyone know if you can get replacement hands????

You should have a look at this site (when fixed back up) or ask Mazinfriki for replacement hands.
I bought him some for one of my Tom Stones and they are really really great.
Probably the best you can get.

the 78's blue pants have hands bigger than tom stone ou GAJ

and as said Didier, you can have hands in hobbycrash store or costwold collectible
costwold:cheap but the color is clear than the reality and a little be hard
hobbycrash: less cheap, but really near the reality
