I've been fascinated with the Rhodesian war for some time; and finding a few of the 21st Mercenary uniforms made these Rhodesians possible. They depict a Selous Scout and a Rhodesian African Rifles GPMGer.

I got it loose awhile back. I believe it's either 21st or Armory/Twisting Toys.

Just a quick update to the Selous Scout. I decided to give him a cap. It's a French one made by BBi. I'll probably try to lighten the color a bit; but I think it looks ok.

For those that think it looks funny with the long hair; here's what the actual troops looked like back in the 70s!

The cap and the longer hair look okay, but those short shorts... Evil or Very Mad

Oh, all right, I wore shorts like that in the 70's too, but they do look strange now. Shocked

Great figures, Nate!!!

Awesome use of the TUS 21st uniform with some excellent customs.

Just waiting on a set to arrive as a seller on evilbay is doing them for a couple of quid shipped.
