All you need is the sidepanels broken or not, ladder, top deck, and optional winch.

Rick, that's a top job. It looks factory made. Very well done. Its a lot more in keeping with the Action Man range than the one they did produce. these ply wood buildings were manufactured by a specialist wood firm under license to Palitoy. Palitoy used them at all their big trade fair displays.

I've thought of making a Pegasus bridge out of broken training towers for Lord Melton and his Commandos to relieve the Paratroopers --

Vaughn, that guard tower is pretty fab, gear (insert pimply hyperbole here ____).

Is it really plywood? The wood grain pattern makes me think of a pressed paper/composite material. Jaymar is a Marx affiliated company that made puzzles and train accessories out of pressed paper. The presed paper composite is fairly strong and light.

This is a piece of a trestle bridge...
