PostSubject: RAF Battle of Britain pilot   Sun Feb 16, 2014 1:51 pm

It's not too much of a kitbash, but here's my RAF pilot.

The body and kit are from the Kings Toys RAF pilot, which is a great figure with enough gear to dress two men. I removed the head (well, it was broken off anyway), but it had always been my intention to put a vintage fuzzy on it. The head is held onto the BBI style neck post with rubber.

The kit cap is too small (and rubbish anyway), so he's wearing the BBI plastic one. I may well replace it with one from OneSixthUnique at some stage.

I pulled all the stuffing out of the Mae West, as it looks silly inflated. The scarf is a length of white cotton.

Cheers,

Nick
