Well E bay says my stuff was sent on April the 1st, so hopefully I will get it soon. Unless our elusive seller thought it would be a good April fool prank to pretend to send the bits!

Normally I wouldn't bother, it's just that this guy was rude and swearing in his emails, not called for at all, I can take being swore at on the chin, but i dont want this guy doing the same to some one else
Who knows it may turn up, but I wont hold my breath tho!!!
I'll keep you guys posted on the latest news from this chap!!

Certainly no need tobe rude to buyers, some sellers need to shown that they cant get away with it,

My seller kept on asking for me to stop the claim  Shocked

But i did in the end right a the last minute  Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Bloody hell. Hadn't realised it was £50.00 BIN. that's amazing just fell off my chair when I read that lol. I would have been tempted to have paid almost that for the TC box alone Smile

Sorry to hear about your troubles with that seller. I found it very unsettling when I had a dodgy buyer who wanted a refund in spite of not returning the item. Thankfully eBay were brilliant and deleted the negative feedback he left

Sorry to hear that, mine was apparently sent 8 days ago!! think it's coming via the moon!!
I've ended up opening up a dispute on ebay against him, I was advised by ebay to do so, mainly for his language and of course not receiving the goods, if they come today by chance i'll keep ya all posted on this

that is more bad news guys, PJ I am afraid there are people on ebay who are numpty's. I had a similar experience last year, but the trick is to put it down to a bad experience, thankfully not all ebay sellers are like this  cheers

Totally agree Dal, I have had so many good experiences on ebay, and made friends with a few of the sellers, as for this chap, all i wanted to open was the package with the item in it, not to open a case on ebay! still I would like my money back now  lol!

I'm sorry to hear you've had some ebay problems, Bob. It's a shame the world is now full of selfish greedy people who only care about themselves.

Like you, I've had great experiences on ebay in the past (3/4 years ago), I ended up visiting a vam/Joe dealer's house in south London (through ebay), and what a great fella he was, his collection of vam/Joes, Scalextric and toys was fantastic, I class him as a friend now  Very Happy

There's always one bad apple in the barrel, I hope it all turns out ok for you in the end  Smile

Just received an email from ebay, the seller has provided them with postal information, it was posted today!!! So he told me a porky and was not posted the other week!! I can never understand why people have to lie!!

So PH5121 there maybe hope for us both yet to receive our goods! Just concerned about the condition!!!

Clivvers, I also have made friends with fellow collectors through ebay and have been very lucky getting some good buys from the bay, your right though always a bad apple in a barrel, but never mind, I'm sure it will all end up good

This is turning out to be like one of the soaps my other half watches  lol! lol!

This is the first time in dozens of E bay purchases of Action Man stuff that there has been an un co-operative seller. The law of averages means that sooner or later you will encounter a problem seller, hopefully my stuff was posted at the same time as yours was!

On the upside, I too have bought stuff from some nice people, I have had VAM stuff included for free that the seller has thrown in that I did not know about until it arrived, and once had a seller track me down at work using the delivery address and phone me to say that one the VAM figutes had the head glued on that she had not noticed when listing, so she gave me a substantial discount. Ironically when the package arrived the head had become dislodged.

Generally people are decent, and if you are polite they will be too.
