An overall great looking scene. Two quibbles, though. The 82nd Airborne was not in Bastogne; the 101st was the unit in question. (The 82nd had plenty of snow further north! ) US Army NCO chevrons have had the point facing up since the late 19th century. Great detail overall though. Cold just looking at it!

Here are a few of my Battle of the Bulge bashes. In this scene two infantrymen of the 26th Yankee Division on their way to Luxembourg converse with a "Red Ball Express" driver on what lies ahead. The 26th was composed mostly of National Guardsmen (what you would call the Territorial Army) from New England. You can see how the Staff Sergeant's stripes face upward. The NCO and Red Ball Express driver are kitbashed around DML figures, while the third soldier is a Vintage PH Joe with Hasbro 40th, Action Man and Cotswold items.
