When I was young (1960's) I had a Robot called "Laughing Harry" - "Happy Harry"...

I remember loving that Robot... lol!

But man they go on ebay for $300-$500 US Dollars
A bit out of my price range... Laughing

Cool Robot Jim but just like Clive I've never seen one before either, Weird as we're all 60's kids! I'd love to collect old robots but as you say they are just too expensive nowdays.

Here's my old Horikawa robot ( A little the worse for wear as you can see!)

...er I would!..but I know just like with VAM the old battered ones are best!

He probably deserves a 'Best supporting actor Oscar' for all the roles he's played! he's been an evil alien robot bent on the destruction of earth with Joe and Hank as mankind's last line of defence, A new ministry of defence Robot that's malfunctioned and gone on a rampage, a prototype robot stolen by an enemy power, that Joe and Hank have had to rescue and occasionally even a robotic member of my AM team. He even found time to be a giant robot and battle my 1/32 Airfix soldier too! Thinking back at what he's been through he still looks quite good! lol!

------------ EARTH VS. GIANT ROBOTS FROM THE MOON ------------  lol!

Nice robot, Steve, cheers

I vaguely remember having a robot when I was a kid, I think it was a Woolworths one (probably made in  Hong Kong) I also had a battery operated Dalek, once it was switched on it went on a path of destruction on my Timpo U.S. Cavalry,  it used to have a blue flashing light inside.

Be careful with this talk about Robots, the world of collecting Transformers is just around the corner! lol!
