check your ISO settings that can cause a grainy look also if your not using a timer or release like Ross suggests that miniscule vibration will cause a loss of focus, keep playing and have fun bounce bounce

This is a great thread , good idea.
I think we can all learn from this thread and get some tips.
If in doubt do what I do plenty of light and stick the old camera on auto!!
Might start using a stand in the future as suggested, as I can only hold my breath for so long.

Tonight's photographic subject is Major Bradley, the BPEE that was rescued last summer after 20 years in a garden shed.

This is looking a whole lot better! You should bring you camera over and try it on my pop-up studio and see how it performs. I'd like to see what settings it has on it too... Very Happy
