With his newly shaven head, Tom K 2.0 decided to head for the garden for a celebratory drink in the new deckchair! He's looking suitably satisfied, don't you think?

Subject: Tom K 2.0's Head Ready...Well Almost! Sun Apr 05, 2015 12:50 pm

I have scalped Tom K 2.0 and given him a smooth off ready for his Flocktastic makeover. I like to do these big portraits, so that I can check if the work is up to scratch, as my eyes are not good enough to see fine detail. As you can see, he has a few remains of flock over his ears and on the nape of his neck! So, he just need a tiny bit of work and he is ready to go... Very Happy

BTW his face has been washed quite a few times now, so I think most of the grime has gone. Tony will finish him off now, if there is any more to remove!

Tom K 2.0 is back from Flocktastic and what a fantastic job he's done on his repro-vintage flock! It's a very nice deep dark brown with the original yellow flecking... wow!

With new hair and eyebrows he's looking an absolute corker now, I'm very pleased with this restore project... Very Happy

It's time to choose some kit for him next!

Just a reminder of how he looked when I got him, he was in a very sad state indeed... Sad

Got Tom K 2.0 (real name 'Hawke') dressed up and gave him a photo makeover! Looks like I'm going to be taking him home to Northants for my birthday weekend. He gets the woodland camo for a weekend in the country... Very Happy
