Holy Mother of Frankenstein's Monster...been doing a little research on the versions of Frankenstein's Monster made by Sideshow Toys, are you ready for this?

1.) Frankenstein, 1931 -- Boris Karloff
2.) Bride of Frankenstein, 1935 -- Boris Karloff
3.) Son of Frankenstein, 1939 -- Boris Karloff
4.) Ghost of Frankenstein, 1942 -- Lon Chaney, Jr.
5.) Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man, 1943 -- Bela Lugosi
6.) House of Frankenstein, 1944 -- Glenn Strange

Each of these was made into a figure by Sideshow Toys! Each with a new sculpt representing the actor playing the role.

Collect them all!!! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

I wish! The Sideshow line of Universal Monsters is a great series of Quality figures, if you get the chance
Pick one up.....they really do convey the essence of the Characters!

One day.........one day!

Thanks Paul and Jim!

I knew they made a few, but no idea they made six, and maybe more. Well, definitely more if you count the black & white versions they made.

And I thought of another one, not really Universal Monsters, but close, Young Frankenstein, 1974 -- Peter Boyle as the monster.

Amazing the number of figures put out by SST and they're still at it. Oddly personally I don't care for any of the new figures they're doing and the price, wow, some over $200. affraid  But back in the day they made a lot of subjects I liked, American Civil War, WWI, Bond, Universal Monsters, Monty Python...

cheers cheers cheers

Yeah, he wouldn't stand a chance against the Mystery Machine... Suspect ...good choice of outfits... flower flower  flower

Fantastic shot, as always, Paul!!! Darn shame about the film.

Lon Chaney, Sr. was also depicted in the SST Phantom of the Opera figure. They were the first family of Monsters.

Cool vampire bat, Jim!!!

I was always under the impression that that film was lost, there was a Legend of an Original
Print filed under the original story title ' The Hypnotist' but I've seen nothing.

Tell us more!

Awesome you got your creature Bri! cheers  Great pics! cheers cheers cheers
Your Creature is very nice! cheers

Here is the story on the film:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_After_Midnight_(film)

The movie is now lost and remains one of the most famous and eagerly sought of all lost films. The last known copy was destroyed in the 1967 MGM Vault fire.[2] In 2002, Turner Classic Movies aired a reconstructed version using the original script and film stills by producer Rick Schmidlin.[3]

Reconstruction of film:
In 2002, Turner Classic Movies commissioned restoration producer Rick Schmidlin to produce a 45-minute reconstruction of the film, using still photographs.[3] The following year, the reconstructed version was released as a part of The Lon Chaney Collection DVD set released by the TCM Archives.[16]

I find that robot pretty terrifying I must admit. The stuff of nightmares.

But the design is really cool. I'd love to hear more about some of the stories you played as a kid with him fighting the AT. If you remember any details.

Pushing the robot off balance my Gijoes would then secure the robot to the
ground using many ropes... (Twine I had laying around) Laughing
