My latest car boot find this horse drawn buggy (Think its an old Sindy one?) but thought I'd fit it into a bash so thought I'd have a go at putting it with Sharpe and Hawkeye drunken in a scene from the French and Indian war (The seven year war) from 1757 when France and Great Britain battled for control of North America, heres Sharp on a checkpoint searching anyone entering Fort William Henry

Halt who goes there?....

Just hold this mule steady and tell me your buisiness in the Kings fort

I am Hawkeye La Longue Carabine known to the English as Nathaniel Bumppo I'm the son of Chingachgook, Chief of the Mohican tribe from the Northern Territories I have shown safe passage to this your  messanger with valuable information regarding a massive French and Native forces heading your way....

Ok Bumppo enter Fort William Henry and report to Colonel Monro with the infomation you carry, and no funny buisiness, we shot two spys only the other week  Shocked  Shocked

TBC.........

Great pics Ian.

I was wondering if the buggy was Marx but you're probably right about it being Sindy!

Nice figures Ian , I know those knit picky types are a pain in the Aristotle but sharps lot wouldn't of been in America then ,think more redcoats with tricorn hats or mitres and leather high legged spats and hessian soldiers from Prussia battling the French and native tribes sharp was from the peninsular wars and Waterloo much much later .......apart from that nice figures and great pony and trap !  Twisted Evil in fact just ignore me I'm being pedantic

Thanks for that Jay mate yes I set it all up, but originally had my Hawkeye was riding the Marx Thunderbolt but then thought scratch well he wouldn't be in a Waterloo scenario Crying or Very sad so I then concocted the shot up around the French and Indian War, but since I don't have a British Redcoat or the likes, farao scratch I thought I'd use my magical time machine to get Sharp back into 1757 Wink cheers lol!
