Mission To Dragon Island

Just completed this great box set, well, need the mag clip for the sten gun. Yargos from Greece helped me to complete. All vintage. A lovely little set I reckon and one I never even thought about until recently, I'd outgrown VAM by the time this set was available back in the day.

A great addition there John. The back pack is the make or break item witht his set and yours looks minty!

A great set AJ, I have just completed one of these sets myself. My box is repro form someone on the old UAMHQ will get some pics up of it.

I didn't even know they done repro Dragon Island boxes until somekindajoe (Steve) said 'starbucks' do them...not the coffee shop surely! LOL.

Starbuck used to do all kinds of boxes back in the day but ive not heard from him now in oooodles of months

Gold pliers are there Dan, just left of the rope in the picture. Yes, backpack's are usually chewed and straps missing, thankfully this one is a good example.
Anyone know if an equipment catalogue came with the set?

Managed to accumulate another set for display purposes, the box is a home made one (half the size of the original box) and I scanned the original map to scale.

...and here he is on display on my shelf in the converted garage. The map is so large that it actually looks ridiculous in his hands so I shrunk another scanned copy to scale...

Yes, all silver colt.
Water bottle is the later, all silver one.

Water bottle is the later, all silver one as in my first picture.....although, saying that, I can't see one in the contents picture on the box?
