PostSubject: Blue Beret Reconnaissance   Tue Sep 13, 2016 5:00 pm

Her Majesty's Elite Task Force
AKA: The Blue Berets
Reconnaissance

There is an unresolved Civil War happening in the small Asian country of Bang Sathanthi, to assist the good side, the British Government dispatched a Brigade of Blue Berets. The thick jungle canopy of Bang Sathanthi is too thick for recon planes to get a good look at enemy positions, so old fashioned legwork is needed for recon, Sean volunteers. He knew it was risky, a recon mission in broad daylight? But, desperate times and all that...

Jumper is from GI Joecon 2016 Aquanaut; Pants are vintage; Binoculars are from a vintage-styled GI Joe set; Radio is from GIJCC Green Beret Window; Raft and Oar are from Timeless GI Joe Spy Island set; Map and case are from a 40th Joe set; Belt and holster are from the Timeless Talking Pilot; Canteen and Cover are from a 40th Joe Marine set.

Sean suddenly realizes how stupid it was to wear a black jumper in the jungle.

There! Looks like they're getting ready for a sneak attack, better get back to Headquarters.

The boat is missing. How? Sean dragged it pretty far up shore.

What was that?

Sean runs back to Headquarters, not sure what is following him, he hopes to make it there in time...

I've uploaded just about all of the ones I have, but between school, work, and a planned move, I'm tied right now.

So they might be a little spaced out from now on, but I'll definitely have some when my Infantry and Support Weapons comes.

Then, when winter comes, I'll have some decent snow ones I think...

I know that feeling!  Some figures just won't stand still while you take their picture!
Awesome photos - you can't really beat outdoor shots.

It wasn't a problem with him standing, he stands wonderfully. No the problem was with putting the binoculars in his hands, so they would stay put while he stood, in the pose that I wanted.

Not to mention that it was hot, and humid, so it did feel like I was in the fictional jungle of Bang Sathanthi. Sweat was dripping down my face the whole time, I'd wipe it away, and then my hands would be slippery.

A couple of times, I got it, then in my excitement I'd knock him over with my hand.

And I had to pee.

Many people have suffered for their art, and your persistence has produced some fantastic pictures!
