Well at least the three new recruits can now stand on their own two feet ....even though they're armless lol!

Heads are ready to send off for reflocking. ....but I'm going to have to make some new metal hook connectors as the original ones had rusted through.

Patrick 2 Gun! Now double the trouble lol!

Chris, are those heads on the 3 vam just above seated correctly? they look a bit awkward and ready to roll at the fist shake. If the neck/head post is too long it can be cut shorter with a hacksaw blade. Also a hairdryer to heat up the head so it becomes soft and pliable is ideal, plus a bit of watery washing up liquid for lubrication helps getting the bonce back on again Wink

Nice work so far Smile

The heads are just placed on the necks as they are being sent off for reflocking soon.

Chris,

I did another MAM head swap the other day, it was so hard to remove, the head stretched to about 5" and this happened: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYIBDRyDQuo

I managed the head swap in the end cheers
