Hi chaps

Can anyone ID this flag for me and what set it came with?
I got it in an old job lot of mixed GI Joe and AM items. Pretty sure it's vintage - I know it's not AM
so hoping someone can give me an idea on it???

Thanks, Lee

Close, but no Cigar. The flag of Lee's appears to be sewn on to the pole, the flag in the Continental Guard set is on the pole by means of a sleeve.

I wonder if Marx produced anything like that flag?
