Not too sure Ian?, it has no tag inside and I have had it for many years now, I got it off Reddog1

I was looking through some old photos today, some I took when I started out on this crazy vam collecting hobby Very Happy . So for anyone starting out collecting, don't be dis-heartened when you look at others collections, with the help of good friends, and finding the odd bargain on ebay, you can build an amazing collection too We As a wise fella once said to me, "We start somewhere" bounce bounce bounce

You can see Jake in his sas gear on the right. A lot of these guys are no longer with me, many have been traded away in exchange for Joe's and other stuff, but for me, it has been all part and parcel of an amazing journey, which is far from over cheers cheers cheers

Great pic! I spotted Jake immediately – he's very distinctive. I think one of the most interesting points about VAM is that although they basically have identical head sculpts, there are many subtle variations that give them all quite different faces.

For those of you who don't visit chat, I am currently putting my sas troop back together Very Happy . I have substituted the basic sas flac jacket with the ones used on the wolfpack guys, though I found them a lot cheaper on ebay. Here is my SAS Commander, Johnathon Jericho Very Happy

Johnathon Jericho sure looks like a SAS Commander the way he’s been dressed. Looking forward to seeing more of the SAS guys as you build them up.

S.A.S Team Alpha

Been putting these guys together for quite a while now. The SAS uniform was one of the later uniforms before Action Man production came to an end and was one of my favourite uniforms. I have used mainly vintage parts with a few modern additions thrown in. I am on the look out for another two Eagle Eyes figures as I have another two SAS uniforms in my spares. This will probably be a project for next year now.

Brace Flynn looks cool and he looks like a action hero in my eyes. I’m loving the lighting effect on each figures face.
