Ackiess. Put up a thread th other day about what else we collect .
This inspired me to show you. My small deactivated ww2. Gun collection ...
None can be fired   There all have welded barrels,  you can move the bolts and some can be stripped down.
They are stuffed into my office with all my other stuff , match worn football shirts   Ww2 memorabilia , panther   Tank tracks ......"  yes I  did say tank tracks  lol!  and all sorts of other crap...

And assorted other stuff

Very cool Dean!

What's the story behind your 'Rustygun' namesake in this pic?

Was it buried for a long time or something?

That is a SMLE it was dug up on the Somme.. it is the same model as the ww1 rifle on the floor next to the helmet and stuff..

Funny enough when I was thinking for a name for the forum I was looking at that and thought ... rusty gun..

I'm a bit of a pacifist, I'll stick to Nerf guns instead of having weapons like that lol!

Most impressive collection Dean...Wow...!!!

Just a shame they don't fire, but I guess that's a good, safe thing. Don't want to scare the neighbors
