“What I’m about to say to you gentlemen is, what some of you may have already heard me say, that The Council of Doom is about to go into business. We are going to manufacture Laser Guns and sell them to like-minded people around the World”.
Dr. X turns to Gangrene with a sinister smile on his face and says, “My dear Professor, now that we have seen what the Prototype Laser Gun looks like and seen it in operation first hand, I think it’s about high time that we go into mass production. I know that before you can start, you will need the necessary materials to make this lethal weapon.”
Dr. X turns to Max and says, “Remember a short while ago I mentioned that you and your gang would have to hijack the trucks carrying the materials needed to make Lasers, well that time has come! I want you guys to start doing that straight away. The sooner we get our hands on the necessary materials needed to make the Laser guns, the sooner we we can start production. Then it will only be a short time before we can start selling them to make us lots of money.”
Dr. X turns back to the rest of the Council of Doom members and says, “ I’ve found us a warehouse we can use and the X Street Gang will be guarding it .The prototype Laser Gun will be used to demonstrate to potential customers what the Laser Gun is capable of and for them to try it out before they buy”. “No-Face, when we start selling the Laser Guns, I’ll be wanting you to keep track on who’s buying them and ensure that they have payed. If any haven’t, I’ll send Tempest to shock them into paying up.” Dr. X laughs.
ELSE WERE....
Action Man gets a call from the Police inviting him to go along with them to a ladies house. She had called the police
to tell them that she was in possession of some information on the dead person that had been killed in the hotel room.
“Thank you very much Madam for letting us into your home. Action Man will be conducting the interview and, with your kind permission, I’d like to video the interview for police records.”
“That’s no problem officer, I’m more than happy to let you record my interview.” replied the lady.
The Police Inspector raises his IPad to start recording the Police interview. Action Man opens the interview by asking, “So madam, can I first ask you what your name is and how you think you know the identity of the murdered victim in the hotel room? Secondly, what is your connection with the deceased?
The lady replied, “ My name is Maria and I am a Scientist specialising in armaments. I recently invented a Laser Weapon. Professor Martin Steel was my Marketing Engineer. Martin had started to email a weapons engineer for the military on my behalf. The engineer seemed interested in buying the blueprints for the Laser Weapon. Martin set up a meeting to make contact with him to show him the blueprint and the working manual for the Laser. Martin said he would also talk money with the guy. Next thing I see is Martin’s face on the front page of a newspaper reporting on the death of this person in an hotel room.”
“Well thank you very much Marie for this information. I too read that particular news article and that’s why I’m helping the Police with their investigation. I believe that the weapons engineer that Professor Steel met that night wasn’t really who he said he was but was in fact none other than the evil and mad scientist DR. X. Dr. X is hell bent on taking over the world. I believe his accomplice in this murder was one of his followers who goes by the name of The Man with No Name or as I know him Maxx. He’s a street gang leader and enforcer. How I know all this is that I recognised the description of the murderers given by a witness. In my opinion the descriptions fitted Dr. X and Maxx aka The Man with No Face. It has to be them, they fit the description to a "T". I also now think with listening to what you have said, that Dr. X killed Professor Martin Steel to rob him of the Blueprint and Working Manual of the Laser Weapon that you designed.”
