| Excellent! That's the look I think of when I picture a military officer.
Of course, I grew up watching 1950s sci-fi movies on television, which strongly influenced my impression of the military!

| Here’s a publicity photo showing Jimmy Stewart in “Greens” and Clark Gable in “pinks and greens.” You can see the slight color variation in their coats (at least darkness), as both men had their uniforms made by private tailors.  -Nate | |
