Kitbash: US Navy Shore Leave.

While rooting through my spares box today, I came across one of Cotswold Collectibles' splendid pea jackets.

And as one can never have enough pea jacket clad sailors, I threw this quick kitbash together of a USN sailor on SHORE LEAVE.

In addition to Cotswold's marvellous pea coat, boots and cap are from the GI Joe Action Sailor basic figure and pants are from the GI Joe Shore Patrol set.



T-shirt is also by Cotswold and the kit bag is from the GI Joe Shore Patrol set.



Hey there mister, you'd better hide your sister, cos the fleet's in!

I too can attest to the quality of those Cotswold pea-coats, having just recently bought one.
( Why wasn't I warned that you can VERY quickly go through a lot of money shopping there?)
The pea-coats are excellent and all the other sailors are very envious of my newly outfitted A.B.S.

I have a feeling the Q Store will have to order more.....

Here's my aforementioned A.B.S. wearing his new pea-coat too! They really are great!

For some reason this bloke just doesn't like wearing the dixie-cup cover. He says it messes up his hair!
Every morning I find it thrown on the floor!
