Inspired here by seeing Alex's very creditable kitbash of one of his MAMs as a skateboarder, I thought I'd try it out on one of my Lanard figures.
(Now pointed out as actually being a Mattel! Apologies to all.)

Wasn't sure if the sunglasses were really in character for him, but I liked the reflection.

And yes, I know he should be wearing the cap for the iconic look, ....(back-to-front of course  Rolling Eyes  ), but it just wouldn't sit properly over his moulded-on hair, so to get it in, he's carrying it. (I have since found the kid a proper cap that fits on his head!)
I do like the shoes, ....perfect little miniatures, right down to the functioning laces!

The shades look totally boss with the reflection.

The letterman jacket is impressively detailed, and fits very naturally.

As you say, those shoes! Nice!

Short board, so he's gonna bust some sick moves!

I'd say that your kitbash skater dude is, like Alex's, "very creditable." And very credible.

Nice work.

I’m sorry to type but that figure I think isn’t a Lanard figure, I think he’s a Max Steel instead. Apart from that I’m really really liking the skateboarder kitbash. The background is just perfect for the skateboarder kitbash.

To finish off my comments I’m going to leave with a YouTube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIy3n2b7V9k&app=desktop

Alex, of course you are correct!
I must have been having a "senior-moment"  Embarassed  when I wrote Lanard, being as I was more wrapped up in composing the pic. and getting the light right rather than concentrating on what I was typing. His very distinctive face and hair should have twigged my brain.
I looked on his bum and he has 1998 Mattel Inc. China written on grey pants and on his lower back, and once more on the back of his neck for good measure!
(All of which concurs with your identification of course)
They are in fact very well-made figures with good articulation too.
Thanks for the correction.

That'll teach me to be more careful with what I write here on AMMO in future! Laughing Laughing Laughing

Thanks for the video too, ....I certainly appreciate the "skater" tie in!
