Gangrene’s hijack plan Chapter Four: The 20th Gangrene henchmen.

Captain Bludd and Professor Gangrene are waiting to welcome their new recruit. He will be the 20th of Gangrene’s henchmen.




The new henchman, Greg,arrives already changed into his uniform. Gangrene acknowledges his arrival, “Welcome, please take a seat and then we can start the introductions.”




With the new henchman seated Gangrene begins with the introductions. “As you know, my name is Professor Gangrene and this is Captain Bludd. He will be in charge of you Greg. You will do as he says and never question it. Now I’m sure captain Bludd will want to say a few words to you. Over to you Captain Bludd. “Hello Greg.” He then thanks Professor Gangrene for the introduction. “Right, Professor Gangrene is completely correct, you will do everything I say and not question it. I’m very tough, but I’m fair. My priorities for good teamwork are discipline, cleanliness and, most of all, skilled marksmenship. Obey these rules and we will get on just fine.” Greg responds back and says “As you already know my name is Greg. I meant what I said after I killed my colleague. I want to become one of your henchman Professor Gangrene. I am disciplined, clean and I most definitely know how to shoot a rifle and hit my target. My loyalty to you I have already proved. I am totally committed to you both.”




Greg gets up from his chair. Gangrene shakes his hand and says, “Welcome.” I am very much looking forward to having you work with us. We will, of course, be keeping a careful eye on you until we are 101 per cent sure of your loyalty and your ability to take orders unquestionably.” “I definitely won’t disappoint you captain Bludd and Professor Gangrene. I will prove my commitment to you both.”

Oooooh Alex, .....something in my mind begins to suspect Greg is NOT all he professes to be!
I'm inclined to think he has an ulterior motive for joining Gangrene's Gang......

I find it interesting that the Gangrene organization places such an emphasis on cleanliness. It makes an ironic contrast to their dirty deeds!
