OMG I didn’t expect that picture from you Chris.

Those naughty elves!

I've always hated those ugly little buggers Chris! Glad to see at least some one's doing something to curb their proliferation.
The stores here are full of "Naughty Christmas Elves" right now and you see them twisted up just about everywhere.

They do however have some accessories available in the form of those fancy Christmas Jumpers (and dressing gowns) that are just about the right scale for Action Man.

I am NOT a "gamer". I really don't have either the time or the inclination.
Is it Asian in inspiration?

Not being a "gamer" makes you a "good guy" in my book! I only know about the character because of collecting... action figures. Yeah, right, they're action figures! Because they fight with swords and stuff!

Oh don't worry, ....I am quite able to find many other ways to totally waste time, but never really got into the gaming thing.
Nearly all of them seem to be just variations on "shoot-em-up", which quite frankly bores me sh---ess.
Although I have at times been quite impressed by the graphics of some that I've been shown.
