Since my initial post in this topic, a few TBLeague "seamless" figures have found their way in to my collection. Quite a few. In fact, an embarrassing number of the silly things, to the point where I need to conduct another inventory (I started one this past January) because I've largely forgotten how many I have and which characters they're meant to represent. Each one was purchased with a specific character idea in mind, but over the months, heads and bodies and costumes have been swapped around, some characters turned out to be superfluous or simply not engaging, and others have developed more than expected. At the moment all my figures are in disarray, as are my ideas.
Several entertaining storylines have emerged here on the AMMO forum: the Hidden in the Shadows group story is the largest of these projects, now exceeding six-hundred pages from five contributors. There have been a number of interactive topics, and topics which evolved into interactive photo-stories, resulting in a fairly complex web of interconnected stories involving characters and settings from multiple forum members, spread across a number of different topics, resulting in a "shared backstory" that is now active among several forum members, and to an extent across at least three separate forums.
As a result of being quite busy this summer (northern hemisphere) season, and having a number of non-hobby issues going on, I have managed to lose track of my figures, my characters, and where I'm at in the various story interactions. A short-term goal, at the present time, is to try once more to organize my figures, then organize my characters (while keeping track of my notes - I do have notes, I just can't find them), then try to bring some semblance of internal consistency to my figure worlds. Internal logic would be too much to ask for, so quasi-consistency is my more realistic objective.
While the seamless figure additions to my collection somewhat overlap with the Joe-style action figures, they have essentially added yet another Figure World in addition to the Pinky Street, Monster High, and Bratz worlds, with the further complication of at least two areas of focus emerging among the seamless figures: a tongue-in-cheek "military" storyline and a cast of "civilian" characters centering around a group of musicians.
The next step in bringing order to the chaos is to start sorting figures... again.

I will add to what Dave said a little bit. My collection has also been growing and while I primarily have Phicen/TB League figures I have a few jointed figures representing for fully dressed males, as I need some less expensive bodies to provide numbers for the enemies of K-Troop Currently, the K-Troop figures being modeled are Kamiko Takahara (Two bodies, two head sculpts) for when she appears either in something other than her battle fatigues or without her silk bow. Glynnis Peny-Farthing Dr. Laura Neville Cynthia Luna, AKA Luna Kabooma, Bazookers. Miyori Heidi Michiko Amanda Montgomery aka Mandy Monty. Sir James Ian Bond-Fleming, KCMG
One of the original members of the team, Gogo, had to give up her body for me to make Glynnis, and so the head sculpt is awaiting a new body
Stahltruppe Current Oberleutnant Erika von Stroheim Feldwebel Heinze Pfeffer Schatzie von Stroheim del Rio Carlos von Clauswitz
Planned: Juanita Peron von Reichenau
Other planned figures:
Colonel Kimitake (Japanese radical fugitive and supervillain
K Troop is part of the S.I.M.O.N. intelligence and covert ops organization and is closely allied with BAM HQ. Commander Takahara has very good relations with Commander Rivers and maintains a close contact with Agent Jenna Luvanna as well.
K-Troop is also allied with SCU HQ though the working relationship is not as close as it is with BAM HQ owing to General MacCuster's cantankerous and sometimes difficult nature. This being said, Kamiko usually knows how to pacify him and it is widely believed, though remains unproven that Dr. Laura Neville and General MacCuster are having a discreet affair.
Kamiko hates Demitri Redbox. Kamiko also has a truce and secret alliance with Monday Jones, who pretty much manipulates the Doctors Evil to her will. Because of the Truce, Kamiko has become somewhat more friendly with the green Dr. Evil, despite his having a serious crush on her.

Some pretty cool ideas there for sure. My 1/6 world is mainly focused on my ATSAR search and rescue team, though there are occasional crossovers into the world of Adventure Team Laboratories (ATL) whose focus is more on research, exploration, and investigating unexplained phenomena.

A very fine assembly of "the boys in red"! Is the bloke in the chamber a bio-hazard, radio-active, ...or about to say "Beam me up Scottie"?

Great crew RR, both the ATSAR and the ATL.

Riverside Rhodes I’m totally loving all your ATSAR search and rescue team you have created. They remind me of my mountain rescue team.

Thanks TRF. Your team looks great also. I loved that photo story in the link you provided...AWESOME job! The mountain terrain works great, I wish I could find something similar around here. Maybe one day our teams can collaborate on a joint SAR exercise.

Thanks LeStryge. The chamber is an experimental time/space distortion device that's being developed by Adventure Team Laboratories. Sadly, the unlucky volunteer didn't make out so well in the initial test:

Unfortunate accident. The price of technological progress can be high sometimes.

Ah well! Probably better than emerging with the head and leg of a fly?

Haha, I have to admit that The Fly figured prominently in the "Soda Stream as Teleporter" concept, combined with Dr. Ronald Mallett's ring laser time travel research.

I guess I started my figure world around the time this topic was started. Spring 2020 when I came back to the hobby. The world was so crazy at that time.. I just needed an escape and a doll.world was it.

The universe Commander Rivers inhabits is modern/future time frame. Over the years Jake has been involved in regular army missions, then was put in charge of a highly secretive UK black Ops team, The Black Knights, sanctioned by MI6. Commander Rivers' old Commander, now head of secret operations at MI6, Tiberius Tibias appointed Jake the commander of this specialist team. In his time in command of the Black Knights, Jake has encountered all sorts of strange and mysterious events and experiences, from Aliens, dinosaurs, as well as magical items and magic wielders. To help him combat these strange enemies, Jake recruited his old SAS team, as well as building a network of specialists and experts that he can call upon. He was also put in command of a super soldier unit, a specialist unit known as the 'genesis' soldiers, an above top secret project. However, because of the unusual nature of the teams investigations and missions, Jake often calls upon the royal Kadeth Society, an extremely old U.K. based archeologist society, made up of scholars and explorers from across the globe. Jake is also able to call upon the services of the Doctor, an alien visitor, who often visits Earth. Commander Rivers is also often called up to help S.I.M.O.N. a worldwide organization set up to combat super villains!
