Nice! So this is why we haven't seen The Angels in a while! They've been busy in the studio - both recording studio and photo studio! They're looking good, and I imagine they're sound even better! Or at least... louder!
Good to see them again, with their slightly updated looks!

Yeah they sure have! While writing their next album, they decided on a cover album . I have made a few tweaks to a few of them, and now they have their bling too . Really pleased you enjoyed it Dave .

As some of you may know, Colin, London.roadhog has been building a 1/6 scale stage for a rock band he has been building. Once he had finished it, he asked me if I could do some pics of the Angels to appear with his other bands as a kind of huge concert. He made this happen by his wonderful photoshop skills. I played around with the images a bit to give more of a night time appearance to the Angels on stage.
If you want too see more of Colin's amazing work, check out his flickr
The stage with the smoke and lights and lasers looks absolutely real! There’s nothing to give it away as not being full scale.
The compositing of your figures in to the setting is seamless! There’s nothing to indicate they aren’t physically there on the stage.
Impressive set of images! Great opening night gig!
Spectacular set construction, figure posing, and photoshop work! Superb in every aspect.
Absolutely agree with Dave here Dal. Fantastic setting which looks very very realistic.
This figure genre is not really my bag, but you have achieved some very impressive and realistic looking effects there!!

Thanks guys for all the wonderful comments, but the true mastermind behind this series of shots was Colin. he built the amazing stage and photo shopped my girls int the concert. It did look like an amazing and very loud concert! .
A few new shots of the Angels preparing to hit the road again!

I’m really really liking the black and white pictures Dal. With the pictures being black and white it makes the figures look like real people if that makes sense.

Just caught up with this thread Dal…(Iknow ..where have I been )…It’s excellent..
Peta is my favourite …looking forward to the gig reports
Mrs G an I managed to get to the Rolling Stones concert at Anfield ( bandit country…I survived ) ..wondered if it might be a disappointment, what with their age etc ..and ours to that matter…but it was terrific..can’t beat live music ..the Angels are on our concert list
