Considering I posted other Max Steel villains, I figured I should finish it up with the third in the early years. These villains were made from 1999 to about 2003, or 2004. After that, Max's villains became the Elementors. I have a couple of them, but need to find them and put them together in the same tote/box.
I have found the years these were made due to a link posted by Alexander. Thanks Alexander!
First up is the basic version of Psycho. This figure came in blue pants with stitching (as shown) along with a variation in solid green pants. I have three of them.
The second photo shows him without his mask, as I recall he was nicknamed "Smiley."
He has "click" knees, like Ken and the HOF type bodies. His arm "unfolds" to show the weapon. He is from 1999

This figure was also released in 1999. Called the Super Attack Psycho. He has the same head and mask as the basic, but doesn't have click knees, they are of normal articulation as other 1/6 figures.
The arm on this one includes a firing red right hand. It fires like a missile. His arm has an attachment that is a metallic claw. Moving the lever shows the different positions.

This one is from 2000. Dang, that was twenty years ago.
This is the Psycho Explosion figure. In this case the head is different, and both arms have bendable elbows. This is the only version where Psycho has a hand-held weapon, as opposed to his right arm being the weapon.
The reason for the different head, is because when you push a button on his chest, his head explodes.

This figure was released in 2001. It is called Psycho with Secret Attack. This figure goes back to the original figures, with a remove-able mask and no bending on the left elbow.
However his right arm has what the instructions call a "blaster" and a shoulder mounted missile. I can be set to where the missile launcher is behind his shoulder, and moving the outer part of his arm (the blaster half) will release the spring loaded missile launcher. Otherwise, his right arm can be kept closed.
And although his arm is kept closed, the missile launcher can be kept in an upright position. This shows it in a firing position even though the two halves of his arm are closed.

If no one is interested in this thread, I apologize. I know that others have different collecting interests than I have. When it comes to Max Steel, I have mostly collected his villains, for my Joes.

Gotta admit those "swiss-army knife" type arms with all those attachments are seriously great! I wonder about the idea of the exploding head though! Saw what must have been the remnants of one of these in a charity shop yesterday, but after seeing your most informative post I realise now it was obviously missing quite a few bits.

Thank you LeStryge!
I have no idea about the exploding head, unless it was a feature where Max Steel could punch him to cause it to happen.
I have three of these, this is the only one that is complete. The other two I found different weapons for, and they have one or both back plates for his head that are missing, but otherwise his face is intact.
It's been some years since I got them, I'm guessing this one I was able to find in the original packaging, and the other two I found loose.
