First... congratulations on taking this story past the 500 PAGES milestone! That's a significant achievement. In my experience, group projects rarely survive this long.

Excellent photography throughout. The K-Troop ladies are looking lovelier... and more enticing... than ever!

Outstanding work referencing existing elements of the story, keeping the mystery angle of Redbox, Rivers, and Tibias active, all the while introducing new characters while refreshing us as to who is who at K-Troop.

Also, of course, I found it extremely amusing, and a lot of fun, to work in some of the "tangential" storylines that swirl about in the backgrounds on the various forums.
Does this... does this mean that Dr. Evil could join the cast of Hidden in the Shadows?


The bit about playing golf and what-not actually fits in with an idea I had in mind as part of a separate storyline, but perhaps this offers an opening to work it in to Hidden in the Shadows, particularly as you segued the tedium of golfing in to the idea of the All England Secret Agent and Super Villain Convention.

Lots of funny stuff here, in nearly every panel. My fave "throw-away" line was probably "any port in a storm."

Intriguing idea about an escaped war criminal, and a former foe of both Kamiko and Bond, possibly hiding in Dinosaur Valley.

Cybersaurs - new terminology to describe the animatronic denizens of The Valley. Nicely done.

Thanks Dave. It just came to me. Adding "Sir James," to the cast just opens up soooooo many comedic doors.

Fantastic work Gary, that was really funny too! I can see Sir James becoming a disruptive influence at K-Troop though!

It was pretty tongue-in-cheek, but I was able to introduce a new character into the adventure, reference two James Bond films, tie this all into the main story while keeping up the parallel story of Kamiko's dislike and distrust of Redbox and her curiosity about Tibias, and create an opening to have Dr. Evil join the story as well.  I also played somewhat to Connery's "Scottishness" for lack of a better term. It was quite enjoyable to write.

Oh, and we've established that Sir James and Lord Roxton are acquainted....

When you do a caricature of James Bond....especially Sean Connery as James Bond, there's a lot of material you potentially have to work with.  You have to bar in mind also, that long, long after his James Bond days were over, he was voted several years running, the sexiest man alive.
