I wasn't aware that Toxic Robots could be dispatched that easily. Did his armor let him down?

Surely anything as advanced as a Toxic Robot would incorporate a Fully Self-repairing Function? Perhaps the robot is just down while this is taking place and it will soon be back to full working order?
