Ok, this one should be the version that is AMMO safe... Hopefully...

Nicely composed photo-story. Excellent comic panel layout, easy to follow dialog, logical and smooth transitions in the story as it shifts locations.
Excellent photography: crisp, sharp, and colorful.
We get a lot of new exposition bringing us up to speed on the current situation at Spy Camp.
Highlight of the sequence is definitely the fight! Fantastic action, great punches and kicks, and that flying tackle! Wow! That looks so cool! Not sure how you did it, how much is in-camera and how much, if any, is post-production, but it is a fantastic shot!
Seamless (ha!) blending of those pesky wrist joints, too! No sign that at all that they are being digitally erased.
Great introduction to the new characters, and to the new TBLeague S44/45 releases! I've seen a few owner pics online, but none of them have offered much of a real world view of the figs. They look much better here than I would have expected based on what I've previously seen.
Now I see where the "shower discussion" on chat a while back was headed. Those soap and water shots turned out very nicely. Is that real water, or digital texturing? Looks real to me.

Great story, love Hazel, love that Adidas sweatshirt. Great photos and story, great sets, good stuff!
Now where do I see the uncensored version?
Thanks!

I thought this one would answer one or two questions that might be out there. Like who K was, and her relationship with Jason. I've also given out a little more background to Mr C, or at least from his kids standpoint. Might explain why Ali is a bit of a tough dudess(dude/dudess? who knows). The "punch" just hurt, no crying involved with her!
The flying tackle... I can explain it to you if you like. There are two ways in which I could have gone, although I am sure there are more than two ways. But I've now tried it both ways. One is completely in-camera, and does look good. I can show you on chat if you have the time today, the other was mostly in camera, with a little bit of editing. Let me know if you need details.
Yup, those pesky joints. I hate joints. So I go through and remove them all... Sometimes I even remove the neck joint, and give them a more real looking neck, if I think it needs it. Hazel had some of that while she was sitting chatting with K. I thought K looked ok, so didn't bother doing her neck. But basically, healing brush to start, then maybe a little bit of smudge tool, especially if the skin has bunched around the wrist, then I paint over it all with multiple shades of skin colour I pick up from elsewhere on the body. That's how I hide them...
I like the S44/S45 figures. I've been waiting for small bust, as I am not a fan of huge bazookas. However, they are also smaller figures, so are meant to be teenagers. If you could find a smallish head, I am sure they could work as more adult too. I might see what I have in my head box, and try that out.
The "shower discussion", yes. I do plan on making a shower for Spy Camp. That was real water, no digital effects for the water. I have a little spray bottle on my desk that I put water in it, and then spray the figure when I need to.
Glad you liked it...
Gibri: Thanks a lot. Hazel is rather nice isn't she? She was my first Phicen. Unfortunately some of the skin on one of her legs is getting a bit mushy... You can't tell from pictures, as even though it is fairly soft and squishy, it always goes back into shape. One of her arms have started to do that too. I think it is because of several reasons, 1- she's been through a lot. She's done a lot of the modelling stuff I've photographed. Plus she's also gone through some surgery some time back, breast reduction surgery. But that wouldn't effect her leg of course. 2- Some clothing, like boots have caught on her skin a few times. I've learnt from that. 3- My Phicens are kept in the attic, and it can get pretty hot up here. The attic is where I do my 1/6 stuff, and it is my domain. It has been converted into an office, and with insulation keeps some of the heat down, and cold in winter, but it does still get pretty hot up here at times. So, I wonder if the heat effects the skin. Plus I don't have any way to keep the room at a regular temp. I've just started to consider whether I should by a fridge to put up here, but I really don't have the space for one that could house all the Phicens. 4- She has had some staining issues in the past. I've had to apply OXY10 to clear up that staining. Sometimes I wonder if doing that so many times causes problems with the skin. I don't really know. Someone else on Facebook yesterday posted a Phicen with much worse issue than Hazel's, but is similar. I am watching that post to see if anyone comes up with any answers on how to reverse the effect. Only suggestion so far was to put her in the fridge for 3 months to slow it down. I'd rather reverse if possible. If you really want to see the uncensored version, you can... It is available on MWD (Men With Dolls - Link) forum, or on Flickr, but because it is tagged as Restricted you need an account to see them, even a free account will work. If you have one, here's the address (Spy Camp Fight)
Dal: Thanks buddy. The last 18 months with Covid around, has allowed me a lot of time to get to know Photoshop, and my 1/6 figures. As a kid I always wanted to write comics, but it always took so long to draw the panels. Now with cameras and figures, I can relive those childhood dreams without having to put pen to paper and draw each item.

My god that is a very lengthy set of reply’s to all Dave’s questions lol. I really enjoyed all the hand to hand combat scenes. The whole story was all put together brilliantly.
