You just have to look at this bloke's absolutely amazing constructions. He animates and figures model vehicles with precision engineering to create moving works of art. Watch the figures drive, open doors, pedal the clutch.
There are many more videos of his truly stunning works that will leave you in awe of his skill. Look at the kerb crawler, and the incredible sensitive wheelchair man.

The customized models and paintwork would be impressive on their own, even without the ingenious mechanical animation! Oh, to have such skillz and knowledge!

They go far past just models. They should really be classified as "automata", ....that and works of art.
