I saw this on the bay a few years ago. I liked that it was Adventure Team yellow.
Instead of the modern AT guy I've been using for a few photos, I went digging for my vintage AT guys. Riding it is my Land Adventurer.
You can see the Polaris name on the front wheel struts.
On the right side it has a shifter, but it doesn't move.
The handle bars and front wheels don't turn. But it's a great size for 12" figures. Unfortunately the hard hands don't fit on the handles.

Your Land Adventurer looking cool posing on the quad bike. The quad bike looks totally awesome in Adventure Team yellow. Thank you very much for sharing these pictures.
