The "god Professor?"  I know he's smart, but Victor also omnipotent?

As for Kamiko, she always has something up her sleeve, even if it's a derringer.

Glynnis was at Oxford with Victor Champion? Laura has been right all along: Glynnis is really really really old!

Nice plot-plausibility details about the stones in the wall: the weathering, the geography of granite  quarries, and the availability of local materials. The use of the stones to potentially link the area to activity in Dinosaur Valley is effective.

Why is Diablos Island teeming with what appear to be Nazis? Were they in league with Diablos, or do they have their own reasons for being there? If so, to whom do they answer?

And what of these Cthulhu cultists?

Speaking of Cthulhu: I see what you did with your title, there!

PS: as for Champion being a "god professor," perhaps that means he is a Doctor of Theology, or a professor of gods, which one might characterize as a "god professor," the same way one might be an English professor or a literature professor.

Or it coulda been a typo.

When you look at Misatonick Nick´s Doctor Diablo photos, you see that he has a whole Army of Nazi looking Soldiers, complete with Gasmask and such. Even his Flag/Symbol is the red Flag with a white circle, but instead of a Swastika, its his head in the center. The whole idea seems to be that Doctor Diablos is some sort of facist leader that has an army of Stormtroopers.

Also, in an earlier chapter, its stated that Diablos is working with Nazi remnants that Bikini Troop command is fighting all the time, and that he is working on Clone Soldiers for them. There is the whole thing of them having to wear Red Tinted Goggles, because they are sensitive to light, a hint that Diablos used his own DNA (he wears goggles all the time )

Dave knows all this stuff, Zero. He even has his own Nazi goon squad to serve his own Dr. Diablos variant, which makes the question all the more mysterious.

Diablos fled the island, or so I was led to believe. Did Diablos and his upper echelon abandon his troops? If so, why do the "Nazi goons" continue to fight? Are they mindless zombies programmed to defend the island to the death? Does Diablos still control them? Are they a splinter group with ends of their own? Are they unaware that The Boss has left them to their fate? Do they believe they can repel the invaders and reap abundant rewards from their leader for doing so? Do they know that there is no option for surrender when facing Kimono Troop, who are infamous for granting no quarter to their enemies?

All these questions and more will be answered in upcoming chapters...probably.
