He was the Camp Kommandant, but he felt just as trapped here as his prisoners of war. Always under pressure from High Command.
Somebody finds and exploits a poorly secured blind spot between the watch towers.
The Kommandant feels obliged to go and search for him, but is conflicted about whether he wants to find and incarcerate him, or just wish him luck on his journey home.

Excellent outside photos KDM my friend And A storyline will make us all wonder with anticipation for a follow up post revealing whether or not he was found and incarcerated or did he manage to escape the kommandant . I'm A huge fan of outside photos of action man in his element Lots to like about your photos. I certainly got a Waaaaaaw that's cool ; feeling when I viewed them. I Really liked the photo with the deer fence in the background making the kommandant look like he was on the inside of the prison fence line. And Although they had the privileges of freedom they to were doing time in the prison. And that's why I became a sports groundsman
I'll speak to you soon KDM my friend Very kind regards , Allan

With an attitude like that, no wonder they lost the war!
Great series of images, and fantastic uniforms!
Did you construct a miniature fence section, and then take it outdoors to a real setting? Did you make the barbed wire yourself?
What is the setting, with those stone-lined structures?

Great figures and photos! I really like the second shot were the prisoner is looking to cut the wire.

Fantastic pics!
You've really showcased the uniforms with your very inventive pics! Everyone remembers the SAS range but the whole Colditz tie-in was just as big a few years earlier.
