For Father’s Day, I splurged and got this Meyer’s Manx made by Gay Toys (now American Plastic Toys) in the 70s. Like many of the larger scale knock off vehicles it was marketed to be used with figures anywhere between 8 inch and 12 inch. Mike fits in it, but that roll cage isn’t offering any protection to his cranium! lol I’m sure a Mego Starsky and Hutch or action Jackson figure would look right at home behind the wheel. As it is Mike is enjoying the ride and the nice weather for the Summer!

Thank for the kind words! I’ve seen other things from this company (my son and I have space shuttles using the Salem old but 30 years apart) so I jumped on this one. It’s undersized like the Empire Jeep, but still fun!

I’m actually liking the blue shine colour scheme. It’s a very cute car design if you don’t mind me typing. Mike definitely looks like he’s enjoying the riding it.
