&figure in that display box? Maybe that helped keep it supple?

Thanks for your kind comments.

I got the Frogman about 10 years ago from Dan McKee who is a die hard vintage collector from California. It cost me a smal fortune.

He coated the figure with saddle soap before putting on the suit. I keep a small glass of water beside the figure to keep the immediate air from drying out, so far so good. I have never attempted to remove the suit from the figure, no need to, even though the figure is an early eye liner and is superb in itself.

I honestly havent seen too many first issue Frogman suits in this condition in all my years of collecting.

I do not own a Vintage wetsuit. I have a black rubber 40th wetsuit
on this guy and I just ordered an orange rubber wetsuit from
the guy in Brazil $70 to put on my Sharks Surprise Joe...
Made from original Hasbro molds...

Ok I'll let you get back to posting pics... Love the Marines too!
Great collection you have! cheers

I love the Marines myself, fabulous outfits.

My Uncle was a Royal Marine Commando who made the ultimate sacrifice in Burma, I think he was 21 when we lost him.

Glad you like the pics, I think I am going to have to take some more as I am running out of pics to post....lol

Thanks Dal

The one on the right I bought back home about 10 years ago at the peak of prices and paid 300 quid, he is dead ass mint.

Steep price, but no regrets.

The one on the left is in near mint condition and was part of a GI Joe lot I picked up locally a few weeks back, I paid $650, sold the odds and sods on ebay for $250 and kept the following, which at a cost to me of $400 ( about 260 quid ) I am delighted with.

So I ended up with:

Near mint and complete Annapolis Cadet with figure
Near mint complete Fighter Pilot with figure
Very good Green Beret outfit
Boxed space capsule in good condition
Scuba set ( shorts, tanks, face mask, flippers )
Sea sled in very good condition.
Near mint heavy weapons vest

Sir Sid ( feeling somewhat chuffed )
