| As Flickr have upgraded everyone to ooodles of space I managed to track down the originals of my previous collection... including some photos of a table top diorama scene with an ambush on a few unsuspecting Germans... all pre-cabinets... have a peep and enjoy... brought back some memories... thankfully I've manged to replace most of it again... but I do miss the occasional faded German and British uniforms... can't beat a bit of vintage patina!! 100_3255 by SchlackElashtick, on Flickr have a look and enjoy!! http://www.flickr.com/photos/schlackelashtick/ | |

Slack, you're breaking my heart! it must've hurt to let those pieces go! I understand you have your reasons but it still makes me cry. But I am a fan of "vintage patina" as well. My first G.I. Joe Christmas, 1965.

| Some great pieces Grand Master Slacksparov. Some interesting bashes in there too ie the commando with the black jumper underneath , very effective look it gives the set.
Love the Jap though & pleased to know that you have one now still. Whilst it is nice to glance back , I know all too well myself how upsetting it is also with pieces that are no more. Pleased you've recovered , Happy Vamming my friend. _________________ Play nicely !
