| Wow! I love those! I have a few loose figures and an empty Frogman box. They are just like mini AM, you can tell they're from Palitoy. | |

| Fantastic artwork on the boxes. It always amazed me how many scales the toy makers would try. 12 inch AM, 8inch Mark Strong and Cyborg, and 6inch LBM. I can't even remember how tall Fighting Furies were! Why did they have to make life so confusing for us kids?? - action-johnny wrote:

| "...it's swell!" Great looking box art, and I've never seen or heard of these figures at all before. Once upon a time they paid an artist to create these and as you point out, Clive, now you get photos. This makes me think of the early Dragon figures with the beautiful cover illustrations by Ron Volstad. Now they too just use a photo of the figure. This is definitely a loss for us. They also used to have a pretty detailed history of the figures represented too. I guess they would argue that the cost savings is passed on to us to keep the cost of the figures down, but I've always been a bit of a box geek so I miss them. Brian | |
