The figure on the left might be a 'Soldiers Of The World figure'??? I've got similar lookin ones, they seem to have the same hands as your one.
I'm liking the kit your one wears, especially that fur collar jacket. Mike P looks like he's dressed for a mission to deliver secret documents, he has a 1976 spy/agent look about him, good kitmix!     

Nice figures Dal! With a muscle body and eagle eyes the new guy ticks all your boxes. I can see him being the subject of an accelerated promotion and ending up as Jake's second in command very quickly

its all photo editing Jim (using photobucket tools), all you need is a black sheet, a lamp and a dark area mate

Also from another trade, with a guy named Matthew, he sent me a later edition m.o.a, included also in Nate's trade was a modern Joe classic collection, so I nicked his uniform and put it on the vintage Joe

Also I had a headless vintage Joe body from Matthew, so my one Sea Adventurer now has a proper Joe body, and Nate sent me an AT rifle too
